Brewery Ommegang’s new visitors center will undergo a “soft opening” 3-5 p.m. Sunday when it hosts the “Aloha Means Goodbye” Chili Contest/Carnival Closer to the Cooperstown Winter Carnival 2011.
The new structure will include a cafe that served waffles and other Belgian specialities, as well as a sampling room where visitors will get a chance to taste the locally made beers.
